You Can Use It
When you get your alldayPA number, you can publish it on your
website, your marketing literature and business cards OR
You can divert your existing telephone line to it.
All you need for this is a call diversion facility on your landline
and/or mobile.
BT's diversion service is called CALL DIVERSION and is £1.50
per month.*
You can use your diversion service to divert
- Calls not answered in 15 seconds
- Calls when your phone is engaged
Call Diversion
If you hear an intermittent tone when you pick up your handset,
you'll know Call Diversion is on. You can still use your phone
to make calls.
When Call Diversion is switched on, you just pay for the second
part of the call - from your number to the number you have
diverted your calls to. Plus the cost of alldayPA handling
the call on your behalf - see our Price list for details.
If you don't want to set up Call Diversion with your existing
business number, you can simply give out your alldayPA number
and we'll take all your calls.

to answer any queries on this subject.
All this means you can use alldayPA full-time
to answer
and transfer all your calls
OR You can use alldayPA part-time
to answer and transfer
calls when you needs us to.
