This service provides you with highly trained professional PA's to answer your calls 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Upon registering you will be issued with your own individual telephone number where all your business and personal calls will be answered for you.

You can also divert your existing number to your alldayPA number. With this service you customise just how your PA answers your calls. This service ultimately provides you with an instant front office and receptionist giving all callers the impression of a business with enough professional credibility by the support of well-trained staff.

In addition it can provide you with multiple functions: Use it to simply screen calls, as a reception line, customer service line, or as an additional department i.e. sales, accounts department or maybe as a general hotline. As all calls are logged, this system automatically creates an organised office for you by storing all caller's information and messages into your online office.

You also have the option of being alerted of all your new calls, via text messages to your mobile phone. Call in Message retrieval
On the occasions when you are out of the office and do not have access to an internet-ready computer to check your telephone messages, you can call up your PA who will check and retrieve any messages you may have received throughout the day. You can then respond to any of these messages by dictating your reply to your PA who will then send out an immediate response or via your online office later when you get a chance to log on.
