Prize draw terms and conditions
  1. No purchase of goods or services is necessary. Persons under the age of 18 and employees of alldayPA or its Associated Companies, their agents or service companies cannot enter the draw.
  2. Entry into the prize draw is conditional on completion and submission of the completed form on www.alldaypa.com website by 31st December 2004. Only one entry per person. By entering the prize draw, acceptance of these Terms and Conditions is implied.
  3. The prize draw will take place exactly 28 working days after the date of the close of the prize draw. All prizes must be won.
  4. Only fully completed registration forms will be entered into the prize draw and alldayPA cannot be held responsible for any completed registration forms which fail to be delivered for any reason prior to the closing date. The result of the prize draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
  5. The winner will be drawn at random from all completed forms by the close date of the prize draw. The prize is one free membership to alldayPA for an indefinite period of time and access to the following alldayPA services; call handling, message taking and sending, dictation and access to the Online Office. However, call forwarding and SMS text are excluded and charges will apply, see our price list for details. alldayPA cannot allocate a nominated PA to the winner as part of the prize. Call answering and online office name must relate directly to the named prize winner and their company. The winner will be notified by letter and/or email on the day of the draw.
  6. The prize winner may be required to take part in future publicity. We reserve the right to feature photographs, names and locations of prize winners in future promotions.
  7. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or in any way limit alldayPA's or any of its Associated Companies liability for fraud, or for death and personal injury caused by its negligence, or any other liability to the extent the same may not be excluded or limited as a matter of law. Subject to this, alldayPA and its Associated Companies shall not be liable under or in connection with these Terms and Conditions or, the supply of goods and services relating to this prize draw or any collateral contract for any loss of income, loss of profits or contracts, or for any indirect or consequential loss or damage of any kind howsoever arising and whether caused by tort (including negligence) breach of contract or otherwise.
  8. You agree for the purposes of the Data Protection Act 1998 that we may collect your information as above.
  9. Promoted by ADP Call Centres Ltd. Details of the winner/s can be requested from the Prize Draw Administrator or by sending a SAE marked to the address above. "Associated Companies" means alldayPA's holding company or alldayPA's subsidiaries or a subsidiary of its holding company. "Holding company" and "subsidiary" shall have the meanings attributed to them in sections 736 and 736A of the Companies Act 1985.
